• Orders to be shipped "Same Day" must be placed by 3PM Eastern Time. Please call to confirm receipt & shipping of UPS RED, BLUE or ORANGE shipments.
• Most orders will be shipped within 3 working days. If items are Backordered, they will be shipped as soon as available.
• Unless otherwise specified, all orders will be shipped via most economical carrier, pre-pay and Add.

Returns

• Dalton Bearing & Hydrualic will consider returns within 30 days of purchase. Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable.
• All Returns must be authorized by Dalton Bearing & Hydraulic. Returned items recieved without a Return Authorization Number will be refused.
• If Item is covered under manufacturers warranty, credit will not be issued until warranty inspection is completed and determined to be factory defective.
• If a replacement is shipped for items ordered wrong or shipped wrong, credit will not be issued until original goods are received back at Dalton Bearing & Hydraulic.
• Dalton Bearing & Hydraulic may charge a 20% restocking fee at it's sole discretion.
